If you can dig clean, think ahead, work as part of a tight team, and keep a site humming, you’ll fit right in. If you’re the type who blames the machine, the weather, or the moon phases… probably not.
We’re after an Excavator Operator who knows civil work inside out, drainage, roading, subdivisions, bulk earthworks, the lot.
Someone who can jump in the cab and make things happen without needing their hand held.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operating excavators (various sizes) with accuracy, speed, and pride
- Trenching, bulk out, final trim, loading out the usual, but done well
- Working alongside a crew that actually communicates
- Reading plans/levels and staying ahead of the job
- Keeping your machine tidy and your work even tidier
- Solid civil operating experience, not “I’ve used one once”
- WTR + full licence
- A safety mindset that isn’t just lip service
- The ability to work with others, not against them
- Reliability, show up, crack on, get it done
