About the Role:
Working closely with the Senior QS and General Manager, you will:
- Assist with estimating, take‑offs, quantities and pricing
- Support tender preparation and submissions
- Work across a variety of project types e.g., classrooms, warehouses, remedial works, carpentry packages, residential and commercial
- Manage subcontractor pricing and procurement coordination
- Help improve tender turnaround times and relieve workload pressure
- Provide flexible estimating support where required
- Estimating or QS background with strong pricing capability
- CostX experience advantageous
- Able to work independently and deliver quickly
- Understanding of NZ construction pricing and methodologies
- Immediate or near‑immediate availability
