About the Company
Tyremax is New Zealand’s leading tyre wholesaler, distributing many of the world's top tyre brands.  With over 50 years in the industry, they have built a strong legacy in tyres since 1994. Having distribution centres strategically located throughout the country, a market leading and expanding delivery network, and an enviable supply chain, they offer high quality passenger, 4x4, commercial, agricultural, and industrial tyres to suit every requirement.
Tyremax is entering a new and exciting chapter after recently unifying the Australian and New Zealand operations so it’s the perfect time to join this high-performing, values-driven team in another period of growth.

Driving a strong safety culture and ensuring all H&S requirements and reporting are completed
Managing workflow planning, team productivity, resourcing and operational performance

Proven experience in logistics/warehouse operations, ideally at leadership level
Strong mentoring and leadership skills with the ability to organise workflows and motivate a team
Commitment to safety, compliance and high operational standards
Good systems capability and confidence with documentation and reporting

Why you’ll love it:
Rapidly-growing, well-established national business
Modern DC, systems and equipment
Supportive team and strong training culture
Monday–Friday only
