Dispatcher
Immediate Start | Busy Warehouse Environment | Temporary Role with Ongoing Opportunities
We are currently recruiting for a Dispatcher to join a busy warehouse operation based in Petone. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, has strong organisational skills, and takes pride in keeping goods moving accurately and on time.
This position is initially temporary, with the potential for ongoing work for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and dispatching outgoing orders
- Preparing shipping documentation and dispatch paperwork
- Scheduling freight pickups and deliveries
- Ensuring orders are picked, packed, and ready for dispatch on time
- Liaising with warehouse staff and transport providers
- Monitoring dispatch schedules and resolving any delivery issues
- Assisting with stock movements and general warehouse support when required
What we're looking for:
- Previous dispatch, logistics, or warehouse experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good computer skills and confidence using warehouse management systems
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Reliable, dependable, and motivated
- A commitment to workplace health and safety
- Forklift Experience
To be successful, you will:
- Have experience in a dispatch or warehouse coordination role
- Be confident handling multiple priorities throughout the day
- Work well both independently and as part of a team
- Have reliable transport to and from work
- Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test if required
