- Be part of an expanding team who believes in growing, upskilling and taking care of their staff like their family.
- General maintenance and repair of plant equipment and heavy machinery.
- Diagnosing issues and performing repairs – from trucks and diggers to balers and forklifts.
- Supporting with site setups, breakdowns, and ensuring all gear is good to go – even outside normal hours.
- Working closely with the Engineering & Maintenance Supervisor to get the job done right, safely, and on time.
- Backing up the crew by jumping in to operate equipment when needed.
- Keeping tools tidy, the workshop in good shape, and health & safety front of mind.
- You’re a qualified or experienced diesel mechanic (or similar heavy mechanical trade).
- You’ve worked with heavy diesel gear, hydraulic systems, forklifts, etc.
- You’re hands-on, physically fit, and love getting stuck in.
- You’re a problem-solver who can think on your feet and work independently.

- You're reliable, a team player, and genuinely take pride in your work.
