About You
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- A Trade Certificate as a Diesel Mechanic, or an equivalent overseas qualification
- At least 3 years’ experience working with heavy diesel engines
- Strong diagnostic, servicing, and repair skills
- A neat, organised approach and pride in producing high‑quality work
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well as part of a team
- Preference will be given to New Zealand citizens or residents, or candidates who already have full New Zealand work rights.
- Diagnosing, repairing, and servicing diesel (primarily) and petrol engines
- Working across a mix of heavy trucks, commercial vehicles, 4WDs, and passenger cars
- Carrying out maintenance and repair work to a high standard while meeting safety and quality requirements
