We’re on the hunt for a switched‑on Customer Service Officer to support a busy, high‑performing team. If you love helping people, enjoy working with systems, and are confident juggling multiple tasks, this role is for you.
 

What you’ll do:  
  • Handle customer calls & emails
  • Input and process orders accurately
  • Keep customer data up‑to‑date
  • Solve problems and follow up queries
  • Support the team with day‑to‑day admin

 
What you’ll bring:
  • Customer service experience — essential
  • Confidence using multiple systems
  • Strong order entry & data entry skills
  • Great communication and accuracy
  • A positive, can‑do attitude
