What you’ll do:
- Handle customer calls & emails
- Input and process orders accurately
- Keep customer data up‑to‑date
- Solve problems and follow up queries
- Support the team with day‑to‑day admin

- Confidence using multiple systems
- Strong order entry & data entry skills
- Great communication and accuracy
