We’re currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join a well-established business in the manufacturing sector.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive team, working closely with customers across a range of projects. If you enjoy variety, have strong attention to detail, and love delivering great service – this could be the role for you!
About the role:
- Processing customer orders, quotes, and invoices
- Responding to phone and email enquiries
- Proactively engaging with supply customers
- Keeping customers informed on product and service updates
- At least 2 years’ experience in a customer service role
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- A proactive, positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping people
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus
