Enterprised are proud to have partnered with a growing, family-run concrete company based in Christchurch. They specialise in residential and light commercial projects, and have built a big reputation for quality work and long-standing relationships with their clients.
They’re now looking for an experienced Class 2 Driver Operator with hands-on concrete pouring experience to join their close-knit team. This role would suit someone practical, reliable, and enjoys being part of a crew that takes pride in doing things properly. The ideal candidate will be open to learning but also keen to grow towards leading a crew and their own jobs.
The role involves:
- Operating Class 2 vehicles for concrete delivery and site work
- Assisting on-site with pours, including placing, screeding and finishing
- Helping with prep, clean-up and general labour as needed
- Carrying out daily checks and light maintenance on equipment
- Working safely and professionally on all job sites
- A full Class 2 licence (WTR endorsements are a plus)
- Solid experience working with concrete on residential or small commercial jobs
- Physically fit and comfortable on the tools
- A good attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first approach
- Able to work unsupervised and get stuck in where needed
- Consistent, full-time hours across a variety of local projects
- A friendly, down-to-earth team that genuinely looks after its people
