This is an exciting opportunity for someone who’s confident on the tools, experienced in CNC programming and operations, as well as experienced in leading and guiding a team. You’ll bring your hands-on know-how, your eye for quality, and a solid grounding in CNC to help shape the future of a growing machine shop.

• Running the CNC workshop and leading daily operations
• Programming and operating CNC Fanuc machines
• Supporting and mentoring machinists, managing workflow and job allocation
• Reading and interpreting detailed engineering drawings
• Identifying ways to improve machining processes, reduce cycle times, and lift output
• Keeping safety, quality, and workshop standards high

• 6+ years’ CNC machining experience
• Solid programming and operating ability, with a practical mindset
• Previous leadership or team lead experience
• Great communication and organisational skills
• A sharp eye for detail and strong safety/quality focus
