Key responsibilities
- Operate tractor grader and digger machinery safely and efficiently
- Carry out labouring duties and assist with day-to-day site tasks
- Undertake truck driving duties as required
- Support civil site works, construction activities, and asphalt-related work
- Help with site preparation, clean-up, and general operational support
- Complete pre-start checks and basic care of plant, vehicles, and equipment
- Work as part of a team and follow site instructions and health and safety requirements
- Pitch in across a range of duties as project needs change
- Experience operating grader and/or digger machinery
- Class 4 with WTR endorsements preferred
- Previous experience in civil works, construction, roading, or asphalt is an advantage
- Willingness to jump on the tools and help with labouring duties when needed
- A strong work ethic, good attitude, and ability to adapt to changing tasks
- Commitment to working safely and contributing positively to the team
- Reliable, practical, and happy to work in a hands-on environment
