Job Description:
We are seeking diligent and skilled Chip Seal Runners for a temporary position in Napier. The ideal candidates will assist in the efficient and effective application of chip seal surfaces. This role requires individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced outdoor environment so must be physically fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and application of chip seal materials.
• Ensure even distribution of chips over the surface. - Monitor and adjust equipment as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor promptly.

• Previous experience in road construction or similar field preferred.
• Ability to operate and maintain relevant equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's licence may be required.
• Must pass a drug test, MOJ checks.
