We are seeking skilled and motivated Modular Build Carpenters to join our growing team.
You will be working in a controlled factory environment constructing high-quality modular buildings, including commercial and custom projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a carpenter who values precision, efficiency, and consistent workflow—without the uncertainties of traditional site work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Construct and assemble modular building components (walls, floors, roofs)
- Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications accurately.
- Install framing, cladding, linings, and finishes.
- Ensure builds meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Work collaboratively with production and design teams, maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace.
- Proven experience as a carpenter (modular, prefab, or commercial preferred)
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
- Close attention to detail and quality workmanship, reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Relevant trade qualification (preferred but not essential)
- Full driver’s licence (advantageous)
