About the Role:
- You will be responsible for delivering high-standard carpentry work across residential and commercial sites, supporting the construction programme from initial framing through to finishing tasks.
- Working closely with site supervisors and other trades, you will ensure work is completed accurately, safely, and on time.
- Your contribution will help maintain project momentum and uphold workmanship standards on every job.
- Carry out timber framing and general construction tasks in line with plans and specifications
- Measure, cut, and shape timber and other materials with precision
- Set up and strip formwork and concrete boxing to the required dimensions and tolerances
- Install doors, windows, and associated hardware to a high finish standard.
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently for a range of carpentry activities
- Identify and diagnose on-site faults or issues
- Implement practical solutions-Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area in accordance with site rules-Follow instructions from site supervisors and co-ordinate effectively with other.
