Branch / Regional Manager – Wellington

As the Branch Manager for our Wellington site, you’ll lead a high-performing team across Internal Sales, External Sales, and Operations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the branch runs smoothly and efficiently, while fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and customer excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all daily branch functions and operational performance
- Set and drive sales and operations targets
- Maximise revenue, margin, and customer growth through strategic territory management
- Champion ongoing sales training, mentorship, and team development
- Deliver branch improvement plans and contribute to broader sales and operations planning
- Support external sales, estimating, and customer service as needed
- Collaborate with other business units to strengthen customer relationships and team alignment
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety standards
- Minimum 5 years’ proven success in B2B sales in the Wellington region.
- Demonstrated mangement experience in a sales environment (industrial, steel, construction sectors are preferred)
- Strong commercial acumen and history of managing a P+L
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to manage and grow client relationships
- Confident, engaging leadership style that builds trust and drives performance
- NZ residency or citizenship only
