About You
You'll be a capable people leader with strong commercial instincts and the ability to motivate teams while maintaining accountability.
You may come from construction, manufacturing, industrial, engineering, scaffolding or a similar operational environment where you've been responsible for both people and performance. A strong understanding of quality systems, safety and compliance, customer relationships and commercial decision-making will be highly regarded.
Ideally you'll bring:
- Proven leadership experience in an operational or manufacturing environment
- Strong commercial and financial management capability
- Project management experience
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Experience dealing with compliance, regulatory requirements and health and safety obligations
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- The ability to lead change, improve systems and drive results through others.
What's On Offer?
This is a genuine leadership opportunity where you'll have the autonomy to influence the direction and performance of the branch while being supported by an established business and leadership team.
