Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Ticketed Advanced Scaffolder to join our team temporarily, possibly permanently. The successful candidate will be responsible for erecting, modifying, and dismantling complex scaffolding structures in compliance with safety regulations and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Erect and dismantle advanced scaffolding structures, including suspended and cantilevered systems.
- Interpret and implement scaffold design plans and drawings.
- Ensure all scaffolding work complies with health and safety standards and regulations.
- Conduct site assessments to determine scaffolding requirements.
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance on scaffolding to ensure structural integrity and safety.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure scaffolding meets project needs.
- Provide guidance and support to junior scaffolders and labourers.
- Valid Advanced Scaffolder certification.
- Extensive experience in scaffolding within a construction environment.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to scaffolding.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Physical fitness and the ability to work at heights.
