Enterprise Recruitment are proud to be working with our client who specialise in providing a safe, efficient and reliable electricity supply to southern communities.
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to take full responsibility for this role over the next 2 months.

This is a temporary part time contract based in their Gore office. The right candidate must be immediately available to complete the full duration of the position, there may be additional hours available for the right candidate.

The role I
On a daily basis you will be responsible for:
• Taking inbound calls and greeting clients
• Responsible for control of incoming/outgoing mail
• General administrative support scanning, digital and manual filing.
• Continuously delivering a high level of service to customers and staff.
• Processing of purchase orders
• Working with the team to achieve team goals.


About you I Mōku ake
• Previous administration/reception experience is essential for this role.
• Experience with Office 365 required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Pick up and retain new skills and processes quickly.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• High level of attention to detail – accuracy is a must.
• Professional presentation
