Stores & Administration Assistant
Timaru

Are you someone who enjoys variety in your day, thrives in a busy environment, and likes keeping things organised and running smoothly?

We're recruiting for a well-established and growing Timaru business seeking a Stores & Administration Assistant to support the Office Manager and wider team to commence in the new year. This is a varied role that combines inventory and parts management, stores, administration, customer service and general office support.

A significant part of the role involves hands on managing the day-to-day operation of the parts store and inventory function. You'll be responsible for receipting stock, processing orders, picking parts for scheduled service work, coordinating returns, and ensuring the store remains organised and well maintained.

If you enjoy a mix of administration and hands-on inventory responsibilities, this role offers plenty of variety. One moment you could be assisting customers or processing paperwork, and the next you could be receipting stock, organising shelving, conducting stocktakes, or coordinating parts for upcoming service jobs.

If you're organised, proactive, and enjoy being part of a team that relies on you to keep things on track, we'd love to hear from you.
