Accounts Administrator – Roll Up Your Sleeves & Get Stuck In!
Are you a hands-on, multi-skilled administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, down-to-earth environment? We’re on the lookout for a reliable and motivated Accounts Administrator to join this small but super busy team based in Gore. This role offers part-time hours, Monday to Friday, with a minimum of 20 hours per week – perfect for someone looking for flexibility while still making a meaningful impact.

What you’ll be doing:
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Using QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel/Word/Email
- Supporting dispatch operations and co-ordinating high volume freight logistics documentation
- Handling customer enquiries – both over the phone and in person
- Processing cash sales and assisting walk-in customers
- General office administration, data entry and reception duties
- Some experience in accounts and/or dispatch is essential
- A background in freight, logistics, or rural industries is a big plus, but not essential
- Someone who’s inquisitive, organised, proactive, and thrives in a team environment
- A friendly face who enjoys customer interaction and can juggle multiple tasks with a smile
- Comfortable working in a practical, no-frills setting (think hi-vis, not high heels!)
