Accounts Administrator     
We’re currently recruiting for a full-time Accounts Administrator to join a busy and supportive team in Ashburton. This is a six-month fixed-term role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The position includes a mix of finance-related tasks and general administrative support.

About the role:
You’ll be part of a collaborative team, playing a key role in supporting day-to-day operations through accurate financial and administrative assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with financial reporting and month-end processes
  • Manage invoicing and purchase orders
  • Support capital expenditure tracking
  • Provide general finance and accounts payable support
  • Coordinate meetings and internal communications
  • Deliver general office and ad-hoc administrative assistance
What you’ll bring:
  • Knowledge of accounts payable principles
  • Strong computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office
  • High attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
