Accounts Administrator
We’re currently recruiting for a full-time Accounts Administrator to join a busy and supportive team in Ashburton. This is a six-month fixed-term role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The position includes a mix of finance-related tasks and general administrative support.
About the role:
You’ll be part of a collaborative team, playing a key role in supporting day-to-day operations through accurate financial and administrative assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with financial reporting and month-end processes
- Manage invoicing and purchase orders
- Support capital expenditure tracking
- Provide general finance and accounts payable support
- Coordinate meetings and internal communications
- Deliver general office and ad-hoc administrative assistance
- Knowledge of accounts payable principles
- Strong computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
