My path into recruitment began in the corporate travel industry in New Zealand and Australia, where I developed a strong foundation in client management, relationship building, and service delivery. After taking time off to have my first child, I transitioned into relocations, which provided exposure to the warehousing, logistics and transport sector and ultimately led me into recruitment. This experience highlighted my passion for working closely with people and taking accountability for delivering high‑quality outcomes.

I specialise in recruitment within the warehousing, logistics, and transport sectors, bringing over 10 years of industry experience. I am known for building trusted, long-term partnerships with clients and candidates, grounded in a strong understanding of operational environments and workforce needs. My approach is relationship driven, solutions‑focused, and grounded in accountability and delivery.

Outside of work, I value spending time outdoors whenever possible. Especially at the beach with a good book in the sunshine, and prioritising spending quality time with my beautiful daughter and son, who bring both motivation and balance to my life. Family time and being in nature play a key role in maintaining perspective and energy beyond the professional environment, and a glass of wine doesn’t hurt.
