I also act as a professional brand ambassador for my clients in the candidate market, ensuring potential hires have a positive, informed experience and clearly communicate each organisation’s culture, values, and opportunities.

Alongside recruitment delivery, I provide talent mapping and market insights to help organisations understand where key skills exist and how best to engage them. With a network spanning both national and international talent pools, I support businesses facing skill shortages by identifying qualified professionals worldwide.

I specialise in recruiting for hard-to-source roles across Infrastructure, Engineering, and Construction, with a focus on Civil and Structural Engineering disciplines and technical project roles.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors and staying active through mountain biking, which I find is a great way to reset and maintain balance. I’m also an amateur oil painter, and I enjoy the creativity and patience that painting brings outside of the fast-paced recruitment environment.

Giving back is also important to me. I’m involved in supporting NGOs working across developing nations and regions, helping initiatives that aim to create sustainable, long-term employment opportunities within local communities. Being part of projects that support people into meaningful work is something I find both rewarding and closely aligned with the values that also drive my work in recruitment.
