About Me:
My recruitment journey started back in 2012 in Australia working with an RTO engaging with employers to place work ready candidates into employment with the view of them engaging in traineeships. My next stop along the road was an onsite Account Management role in the Meat Processing Industry where I was tasked with recruiting all new hires across the plant and assuring existing staff wellbeing. After moving across the ditch, I dabbled in Perm recruitment before landing back into the Industrial space and as they say, the rest is history.
Area of Specialty:
I enjoy the thrill of the chase of new business, connecting with clients to understand their needs and finding solutions. My ability to understand client requirements specific to their business has helped me to identify effective candidate matches to ensure success for all parties.
After Work:
If I’m not walking the dog with my fiancé or heading to the park, you’ll find us exploring Auckland’s Craft Beer scene and the many restaurants on offer. When at home you’ll generally find me behind a grill smoking some ribs or brisket.
