Jules Malone

About Me: I'm a born and bred Cantabrian and have worked in operations and support roles across a variety of industries. At the heart of this has always been supporting leaders. I started my career as a Legal Secretary and quickly realised that anything I could take off a manager's plate gave them more time to focus on the business. I thrive in this type of role and have grown my skills and confidence to work alongside managers as an operations manager. In my roles in the recruitment industry, I love knowing that my behind the scenes work plays a part in helping people find jobs.

Area of Specialty: Having worked in technology and startups, I enjoy getting inside the operations of a business to drive growth. I recognise the flow of effects from small daily actions to larger business goals, and enjoy streamlining these pathways to help things move forward. 

After Work: I spend my spare time with my husband and our two dogs, or doing one of my many hobbies. I enjoy crafting, creating things with vinyl and laser. I most recently took up sewing, and it is coming in handy for hemming clothing! I usually spend my weekends watching Formula One races around the globe and travelling to Europe to watch in person one day - those French skills will come in handy!
