About Me:
I started my recruitment career in 2009 back in the UK working within the blue collar industry, predominantly across the supply chain and logistics sectors. Since moving to New Zealand in 2018 I have been lucky to expand my knowledge and experience across the civil and construction industries whilst working with some of New Zealand's most recognized supply chain companies. I'm a keen advocate of transparency and working together to overcome challenges.
Area of Specialty:
I am passionate about seeing individuals reach their potential, professional goals and personal ones too. In my opinion one key metric to measure people achieving their potential is to measure their customer service and delivery. Quite simply, if we're delivering great service to our customers, we're visible, on call and available individuals will see personal and professional growth. Professionally, my area of expertise is within the high volume temp space across the logistics and construction sectors.
After Work:
After work you find my hanging out with my family, spending time at the beach. I'm an avid football fan of my now 'not so local' team Leeds United and will regularly ruin my weekends by staying up into the early hours to watch the games. I also believe its important to keep fit and healthy, playing football for my local team in Auckland and hitting the gym regularly.
