With experience in recruitment—mostly behind the scenes—I’m focused on making the hiring process a little less complicated and more seamless for everyone involved. Compliance can be challenging at times, but it’s an important part of getting things right.

I’ve always been drawn to customer service and administrative work. There’s something about improving processes and making things more streamlined and efficient that really motivates me.

Pushing things forward and delivering strong results are two goals I consistently strive for. I tend to dive headfirst into new challenges—which can be both a strength and something I’m continuing to work on!

Outside of work, I enjoy treating myself to bread and pastries—then balancing it out by working hard at the gym. I also teach English to children of different ages.

Another thing I really enjoy is coffee, especially the more sour or tangy varieties. It might sound unusual, but those flavours are my favourite.
