Blair Cashin

I've worked in recruitment for most of my career, and one of the things I love about it is the connection. I really enjoy meeting people, learning more about them and their situation, and ideally helping them move forward in their careers or grow their businesses. It's hugely rewarding.

I have worked for large corporate recruitment firms, SME recruitment companies, and even co-founded a recruitment and strategy business. I'm thrilled to be working for a New Zealand-owned company with over 50 years of service to the New Zealand economy, helping to continue to grow its footprint across the country.

My role title is Client Solutions Manager - Infrastructure and Trades. I am focusing on building deeper relationships with customers and getting involved with large scale projects from the outset to ensure our clients have the right candidates at the right time so they can deliver on these projects. The main aim is to position Enterprise as the go-to talent partner of choice.

I am a very proud Dad to two teenage boys, so much of my time outside of work is being their taxi driver and personal ATM! We love travelling as a family and love exploring new parts of New Zealand and abroad. We love to catch up with friends and family over the weekends and we have a dog called Lulu which keeps us all on our toes throughout the week!
