Nicky Cunningham

I am Southland-born and bred and have been part of the Enterprise Recruitment team since 2019. Coming from a background in hospitality management, I enjoy the people-focused nature of recruitment and the opportunity to connect great candidates with the right roles.

I particularly enjoy helping people take their next step into work and seeing the positive difference the right opportunity can make.

I specialise in manufacturing and production recruitment, with experience placing machine operators, labourers and factory staff. My background in food service management gives me a practical understanding of fast-paced, operational environments and the people who work within them.

My customer service and scheduling experience also supports a strong, relationship-focused approach to recruitment, helping me understand the needs of both clients and candidates and find the right fit for each role.

I try to keep up with my adult children. I like to have a go at fishing and travel the beautiful South Island.
