Kurt McInerney

I’ve been working in recruitment since 2006, starting out in “Blue Collar” trades roles. Previous to that I was on the tools as a trade qualified Boilermaker. During my career in recruitment I’ve been fortunate enough to work with a number of amazing clients on key infrastructure projects in Queensland, NSW and now New Zealand. I have also gained experience across a number of sectors including “White Collar” professionals, all facets of construction-both civil and build, manufacturing, maintenance trades and transport and logistics. I moved over to New Zealand from Australia in January 2018. This allows me to build strategic partnerships on a National level with key clients, and ensure we are assisting them to grow and develop their business.

I am passionate about assisting in the development high performing teams to ensure we are delivering quality outcomes for our clients and candidates. As well as engaging and partnering with clients across New Zealand to assist them to grow and develop through being adaptable and solutions focused.

 

Supporting my kids with their sports - Rugby, cricket and surfing. I enjoy getting out on the Golf course when I can, hitting the beach and supporting my favourite sporting teams- Bulldogs in the NRL, Sydney Swans in the AFL and of course the Aussie Cricket team. I also love getting to live music gigs as often as possible, and exploring as much of New Zealand as I can.
