Keir Morrison

I began working in the recruitment industry with Enterprise Recruitment in 2013, working across a wide range of commercial and industrial businesses. During this time, I gained broad experience across permanent, temporary and contract recruitment solutions on various accounts and was promoted to Branch Manager in late 2016.

I am passionate about our region, relationships, and results, and I enjoy a range of recruitment and associated staffing solutions. This has included managing a temp workforce for the company's largest single account, heading a recruitment drive for one of NZ’s largest employers as well as the appointment of permanent and technical staff to executive level.

Before joining the recruitment industry, I worked for over 10 years in retail and key account management, latterly as a senior account manager in media sales in the United Kingdom and New Zealand, which gave me a solid grounding in providing lasting partnerships, quality service and innovative solutions for each and every client.

I specialise in recruitment across automotive, engineering and manufacturing, trades and construction, transport and logistics, and commercial and professional roles. I have particular experience recruiting for management and supervisory positions, professional trades, technical roles and office and administrative support.

I have a young family, so I’m always eager to spend time with them. When time allows, I am a keen fisherman and budding hunter. I enjoy the outdoors. I’m also happy with a good movie and a glass of red.
