About
I commenced my recruitment career working in the Industrial sector in London in 1993 and continued the blue collar focus when I returned to New Zealand in 1995. I steadily progressed my career before establishing Enterprise in the South Island with Warwick Neutze, in partnership with Barry and Leo in Auckland. Am thrilled that in 2019 Warwick and myself bought out our partners and looking forward to growing and expanding the business.
Our success in growing a highly successful high volume temp and perm business with multiple branches is a reflection of our ethos that we are in business to improve life, our employees, our own and the permanent and temporary candidates that we find opportunities for.
Areas of Specialty
My role is to ensure compliance and consistency within the group, help ensure brand integrity and to foster a highly motivated and efficient business that continues to grow.
I am currently a National Board Director on the Recruitment & staffing Services Association Australia & New Zealand (RCSA), sit on the New Zealand Council and am on the RCSA Audit and Risk committee, Executive and Partnerships and Commercial Growth Committee.
After work
I have one wee man who keeps me busy and who likes to be in the office as often as possible. When not attending to his every need I try to play a bit of social sport. As a family we love to get up to Kaiteriteri, gateway to the Abel Tasman National Park
