Charlotte Crake

I am proud to be a Cantabrian and have been with Enterprise since 2018. Having graduated with a bachelor’s degree from The University of Canterbury, I then took the leap overseas to work, only to find myself back in Christchurch (of course) and starting my career in recruitment! I have been in a fortunate position of experiencing multiple areas of the business, from commercial temporary recruitment and high-volume projects through to executive permanent recruitment. 

In mid-2024, I took on the role of Business Manager for our Christchurch branch, building on my experience within the business while supporting our team, clients and candidates across the region.

 

I specialise in permanent recruitment across the civil and construction sectors, particularly technical and professional roles including project management, quantity surveying, site management, commercial management, estimating and engineering. I also have extensive experience in volume and temporary recruitment across a range of industries.

Working across many areas of recruitment has given me a strong understanding of our clients' needs and the businesses they operate in, allowing me to identify candidates who are a good fit for both the role and their longer-term career goals. I take a solutions-focused approach to recruitment, with transparency and understanding at the heart of the process.

I have two wee girls that keep me very busy. Our weekends are jam-packed with something or somewhere new to explore. I love playing hockey, running and walking, and look forward to entering another half marathon when my training increases. With sport being a huge passion of mine, I am a fanatic sport follower and, in particular, F1.
