Charlotte Crake

I am proud to be a Cantabrian and have been with Enterprise since 2018. Having graduated with a bachelor’s degree from The University of Canterbury, I took the leap overseas to work, only to find myself back in Christchurch (of course) and starting my career in recruitment! I have been in a fortunate position of experiencing multiple areas of the business, from commercial temporary recruitment and high volume projects through to executive permanent recruitment. 

 

Working across many industries – my ability to understand our clients’ needs and their business, has allowed me to meet and identify quality candidates that have been effective for both the clients successes and candidates career growth. 

I am very solutions focused; whether it be supporting our clients’ needs or the opportunity for our candidates – transparency key. 

I specialise in volume recruitment alongside technical and professional sectors; both temporary and permanent.

 

I have two wee girls that keep me very busy, so weekends are jammed packed with something or somewhere new to explore. I love playing hockey, running and walking, and look forward to entering into another half marathon when my training increases. With sport being a huge passion of mine, I am a fanatic sport follower and in particular, F1.
