Loreto will be working as a Candidate Manager supporting the IT contracting and permanent recruitment teams. Her focus will be sourcing and building relationships with candidates around the software development cycle, namely developers, testers and business analysts which is a core specialty for Enterprise.

Originally from Chile, Loreto has lived in New Zealand for 6 years and will contribute to the companies growing international reach and language capability. Enterprise sees this as an important part in providing quality IT candidates to clients who are increasingly turning overseas for talent.

Recently she completed her Diploma in Human Resources at AUT and sees joining the Enterprise team as a positive step forward in advancing a career in the people industry.
