Enterprise Christchurch office recently worked closely together with electionz.com on the 2016 local council elections, with which electionz.com are regulalry involved.
This time they anticipated the need for an extra 130 staff and contracted Enterprise recruitment to sort it out for them. Judging by Steve Kilpatrick's (Managing Director of Electionz) response it couldnt have gone better. "The Entrprise proposal stood out immediately, due to the detail and obvious thought they had put into their response“, he said.
Enterprise put an exprienced team together specifically for the project, rather than just one person, which impressed Mr Kilpatrick. He was able to meet all the team personally and gain an understanding of their respective levels of expertise and the time management systems Enterprise implemented to improve accountability and reporting during the exercise.
”Christchurch Branch Manager Steve Baker took a lead role throughout the project“ Mr Kilpatrick said and he was impressed with the time and care Steve took to ensure the project was well resourced. “Steve's onsite visits and making himself accessible was a significant factor in helping us achieve good, strong staff continuity" said Mr Kilpatrick relieved that he didn't have to retrain staff during the project as the initial placements were so strong.
Finally, Mr Kilpatrick was impressed that the complex project was handled with aplomb by Enterprise and insisted that he wouldnt hesitate to use them in the future.
Well done Steve Baker and Enterprise Christchurch!
