Our management team
Our management team is hands-on - and readily accessible to you.
- Leo McDonald, Chairman, started the company in 1972, coming from a senior role in management consultancy. Leo is hugely experienced across the full spectrum of recruitment services, “and it’s every bit as satisfying as it ever was”.
- Barry O’Brien, Managing Director, joined Enterprise in 1982 and stepped into a partnership role in 1993. “I still love the industry. It’s good to see companies increasingly recognising the value in getting their recruitment right,” he says.
- Ian Mcpherson, Operations Manager, helped lead Enterprise’s move into the South Island in 2000. Ian entered the recruitment industry in London and followed that with ten years’ New Zealand experience: “that’s given me a wide ranging industry perspective," he says.
- Warwick Neutze, Business Director, is founding partner in the South Island. Warwick has proven the value to many businesses in forming a solid relationship with a professional recruitment company. As he notes, “it's great to play a part in helping businesses grow and achieve their goals."
